Dashboard

The per-domain dashboard inside a workspace.

Ask an AI:Open in ChatGPTOpen in Claude

The dashboard is the per-domain view for a single tracked domain inside a workspace. Every page lives under /dashboard/{workspace-slug}/{domain-id}/..., so the URL always tells you which workspace and which domain you are looking at. The portfolio view across all your domains is the separate Domains page.

The sidebar

The left sidebar groups every page by purpose.

Analytics

  • Overview is the landing tab for a domain. It carries the headline KPIs, the platform breakdown, the visibility trend, the Your Priorities card (Weekly Brief and Today tabs), evidence highlights, an Opportunities preview, and the Brand Lenses widget.
  • AI Visibility is the score breakdown and platform-by-platform analysis.
  • Tracked Prompts lists every prompt being checked and how each one is performing across AI platforms.
  • AI Responses is the live feed of actual answers from each AI platform.
  • Citations & Sources shows which domains and pages cite you, and how often.
  • Tracking reports live AI traffic landing on your site, including conversions when the tracker is installed.
  • Integrations is where you connect Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and the conversion tracker.

Strategy

  • Opportunities is the list of concrete improvements identified from your scan results.
  • Plans is the backlog of work you have added from Opportunities and other surfaces.
  • Competitors is the side-by-side view of your tracked competitor set.

Tools

  • Content Checker scores a single page on your site for AI readiness.
  • Robots.txt Checker audits how AI crawlers see your site.

Management

  • Reports generates periodic reports and exports.

The Overview tab

Overview is the page most users open first. The page scrolls top to bottom in this order.

A KPI strip across the top carries four numbers: Brand Coverage, Visibility Score, AI Mentions, and Market Position. Each tile shows the current value, the change since the previous comparable measurement, and a short reason line.

Below the KPIs you get the platform breakdown, a "what changed since last scan" row, the visibility trend chart, and a daily Brand Coverage heatmap.

A "Your Priorities" card sits next. It has two tabs at the card head:

  • Weekly Brief is the default tab and shows suggested actions distilled from the most recent scan, with the Suggested by AI prompts list in the right column.
  • Today is the action inbox. It carries a daily summary strip, a feed of recent events (changes, competitor moves, prompt suggestions, system notices), and a small set of keyboard shortcuts (j / k to move between events, e for the primary action, r to mark resolved). The Today tab carries a badge when there are unresolved events. The Overview row in the sidebar carries the same count.

Below "Your Priorities" you get evidence highlights, competitive context, an Opportunities preview, the Brand Lenses widget, and (on Pro and above) Search Console plus Google Analytics 4 cards.

For revenue tied to AI referrals, the Conversions card lives on the Tracking page. See Conversion Tracking.

Switching workspace or domain

The workspace slug and domain id are part of the URL. Changing either updates the path, but filter state is sticky per domain. The country filter, for example, restores to the last value you used on that specific domain when you come back. Same-route filter changes update the URL without revalidating the parent route, so navigating between Overview and AI Visibility on the same domain stays fast.

  • Analytics index lists every focused page (AI Visibility, Tracked Prompts, Trends, and the rest) with one-sentence purposes.
  • Citations & Sources covers who cites you and which pages they link to.
  • Opportunities covers how the improvement list is produced.
  • Measurement Scope explains how Daily Monitoring and Full Benchmark combine into what you see on every chart.
