Citations is where you trace every AI mention back to the source that produced it. The page has three tabs that look at the same data from different angles, so you can move from "which third-party sites are shaping how AI talks about us" to "which pages on our own domain are being cited" to "where does the conversation about us live on social".

Domains tab

The Domains tab lists every external site that AI platforms cited alongside or instead of your domain in the responses you tracked. Each row shows the source domain, how many AI responses cited it in the window, whether you were co-cited in those responses, and the AI platforms involved. This is the surface for "which review sites, roundups, and industry directories are AI platforms pulling from when they talk about my category". The same data is available programmatically at GET /domains/{domain_id}/citations.

URLs tab

The URLs tab is the list of specific pages, including pages on your own domain and pages on third-party domains, that AI platforms cited. Rows are ranked by citation volume and each one shows the full URL, how many scans cited the page, which AI platforms cited it, and which Prompts cited it so you can see what the page is ranking for.

Clicking a row expands a detail panel with the actual AI responses that cited that page: the snippet that was used, the context around it, and the other sources cited in the same response. This is the most direct link between your content and your AI visibility numbers; the pages near the top of the list are your real "front door" for AI platforms.

Social tab

The Social tab surfaces social-media signals around your domain and your tracked Prompts. It is the place to check when AI platforms are reaching for community conversation, not just published pages, when they describe your category.

What to do with this

The Read analytics guide covers prioritisation. The short version: strengthen the pages near the top of the URLs tab, fill gaps for topics that are missing, and pay attention to third-party domains in the Domains tab that show up frequently. Pages you do not control are shaping how your brand is described.
